There are a few new opportunities for students starting up this week.
Mini-musical
Last Friday there was an information meeting for students interested in taking part (singing, acting or both) in a mini-musical. We will be performing Stone Soup. Students were asked to think about the commitment (Friday 2nd part of lunch hours until the late spring) and decide if they wish to participate. Students who attend Fridays practice will sign up and will be bringing home a letter. Please sign and return for the following Friday.
Math Club
On Tuesday, the EVS math club will start up again. This is a drop in club, students may choose if/when they wish to attend. This club gives students the opportunity to play math games with friends in the LRC. This can help students to strengthen their math skills in a fun environment.
Hockey Club
Students who began attending hockey club in the fall are reminded that the club will be Friday during afternoon recess for the month of January.
Destination Conservation
Destination Conservation continues to meet every second Tuesday during the second half of lunch hour.
